Current version of Conditions Award (issued 2009)
All delegates in the NSW Crown employment area should have a copy of this award. The Public Service Conditions of Employment Award 2009 incorporates the changes made as part of the 2008 pay deal Memorandum of Understanding including provisions for purchased leave. This award should be read in conjunction with the latest Meal, Travel and Related ALLOWANCES (effective 1 July 2008). Please note new meal, travel and related allowances are usually issued a few weeks after 1 July each year.

Salaries Award
The table of rates for each of the 4% increases can be found here. Each increase takes place on the first full pay period on or after 1 July each year. This is the Crown Employees (Public Sector Salaries 2008) Award. The award expires 30 June 2011. The RTA has been broken off to form a separate pay and conditions award.
