Conditions of Employment Award
Every public service delegate should have a copy of this award. This version of the Crown Employees (Public Service Conditions of Employment) Award was made on 23 February 2006. It consolidates changes arising from the Family Provisions Test Case and a Section 19 Award review. All the changes are in bold. The Family Provisions Test Case clauses, Casual Employment (clause 12) & Parental Leave (clause 72) were effective from 19 December 2005. This award should be read in conjunction with the updated ALLOWANCES (effective 1 July 2007).
